At FITFORCE GEAR SDN. BHD., we are committed to delivering your fitness equipment and accessories safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, shipping fees, timeframes, and important terms related to orders placed through our website or directly with us.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • Within Malaysia: Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan
  • International Orders: Available on a case-by-case basis. Customers are encouraged to contact us at fitforce.gear@outlook.com for international shipping quotes and arrangements.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Large equipment (e.g., treadmills, weight machines) may require additional preparation time. Customers will be notified if extended processing is required.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on location:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 business days
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 5–8 business days
  • International Orders: Estimated 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance and courier availability)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather disruptions, or high-volume periods (e.g., festive seasons).


4. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Flat-rate fees apply based on order weight, size, and delivery location.
  • Large or Bulky Items: Additional charges may apply for heavy equipment (e.g., strength machines, cardio machines). These costs will be displayed at checkout or communicated prior to order confirmation.
  • Free Shipping Promotions: Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. Terms and conditions will apply.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with courier details and a tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the courier’s system.

6. Delivery Requirements

  • Deliveries are made during business hours (9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday).
  • For large equipment, customers must ensure that access points (doors, lifts, staircases) are suitable for delivery and installation.
  • Some items may require on-site assembly. We offer professional assembly services within select areas, which may be subject to additional charges.

7. Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer
  • No recipient available to accept delivery
  • Restricted access to delivery location

The parcel may be returned to us or re-delivery fees may apply. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and being available to receive their orders.


8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing and shipping orders. However, in the event of:

  • Damaged items upon delivery
  • Missing items in the package
  • Incorrect product received

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photographic evidence. We will review the claim and arrange for replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.


9. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
  • Customers are responsible for all applicable customs charges in their destination country.
  • Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

10. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or cancelled before shipment.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted, and standard return procedures apply (see Return Policy).
