1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original condition – unused, unassembled, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Opened nutrition products (e.g., protein powders, supplements, energy gels)
- Mats, resistance bands, and wearable items that have been used
- Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications
- Clearance, promotional, or “final sale” items
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective or not functioning properly
- Incorrect or not as ordered
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting fitforce.gear@outlook.com with clear photographs or videos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if valid, arrange for:
- A replacement, OR
- An exchange for another product, OR
- A full refund
4. Return Process
- Contact us at fitforce.gear@outlook.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Our customer service team will guide you on the return procedure and provide the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable courier service.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping fees, assembly fees, or handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or issue a refund.
7. Large Equipment & Special Orders
- Returns for large fitness machines (e.g., treadmills, elliptical trainers, multi-station gyms) are subject to inspection and may incur a restocking fee of 10–20%.
- Customized or special-order items are non-returnable, except in cases of defect or damage.
8. Warranty Claims
Some products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims must be made in accordance with the specific product warranty terms. Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect.
